Khaiyo consistently delivers a very high standard of cleaning and, importantly for us as letting agents, we don’t find ourselves having to send him back to properties to rectify missed areas or issues afterwards, which can often be the case with other cleaning companies. He is dependable, responsive and easy to deal with, and having someone we can rely on for tenancy changeovers makes a real difference, particularly when working to tight timescales between tenants.
