Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Croydon and provide cleaning and property maintenance services across London and Sussex. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to confirm.
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We provide a range of services including regular domestic cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, deep cleans, Airbnb and short-let turnovers (including laundry), commercial and office cleaning, and property maintenance for letting agents and property managers.
Are you insured?
Yes. Eco-Fresh Cleaning is fully insured, including public liability cover, so you can have complete peace of mind when our team is working in your property.
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional products but you must supply the vacuum and mop unless requested and this will incur additional fees. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible, in keeping with our name and values. If you’d prefer we use specific products of your own, just let us know.
How much does a clean cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of clean, and how often you need us. We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your requirements — simply contact us with your details.
How do I book?
You can book by phone / email / our online contact form. Once we understand your needs, we’ll confirm a date, time, and price.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer regular or one-off cleans?
Both. We work with clients on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules, as well as one-off deep cleans and end-of-tenancy services.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access arrangements such as a key or entry code. All our staff are vetted and trustworthy, and we treat every property with care and respect.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We prioritise eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for households with children and pets, while still delivering a thorough clean.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer / card / other methods. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Commercial clients may be offered invoicing terms.
